The Balthis House is a historic home located at Front Royal, Warren County, Virginia. The original section was built about 1787, and is a two-story, five-bay, timber-frame vernacular Federal style dwelling. Renovation Concepts did extensive work on this house and the Bell Boyd Cottage to restore the summer kitchen that was beginning to cave in on the alley side.
